Zorgwoningen Kootwijkerbroek

In the small village of Kootwijkerbroek a new social housing project is established for mentally disabled people, designed by JMW architects.

This project is developed together with a construction company which is building prefabricated elements in the factory. The housing project consist 32 apartments in 4 separated communities with common living and meeting rooms. The horizontal layered structure is clad in vertical wooden sheets.
